Learn how to avoid gaining weight this holiday season with some diet and exercise planning tips.

The holidays are here! It is very important to keep our diet and exercise planning program in our holiday lifestyle. Most of us do gain weight every year, after time this adds up. No wonder we are overweight! Here are a few tips to avoid the weight gain this holiday season.

Before going to the party, eat a small meal several hours before. This will keep you from overeating because of starvation. Do not stuff yourself at the feast. You were not invited to be the turkey. However, do not deprive yourself so that you binge immediately when you return home. Try to eat a variety of foods for better diet and exercise planning holiday practices. One more tip, try the white meat and stay away from fat laden gravy. Enjoy!
