Diet and Exercise Planning Can Be Simple

Posted February 15th, 2006 by admin

Read more evidence about sensible eating, diet and exercise planning.

We have gone through this before but with all the misleading information on diet and exercise planning, I feel you must know a complex diet is not necessary.

All we really need to do is eat fewer calories than our bodies are able to use. This doesn’t have to be a drastic carbohydrate, fat, or calorie restriction process. Sensible dieting has greater results and less chance of diet relapse than any drastic weight loss plan available for a simple fact. You’re not starving to death!

While you are diet and exercise planning, you do not have to spin a diet cocoon only to hope you will come out next spring a 30 pound lighter butterfly.
