Is celebrity diet and exercise planning superior and secret?

Why are we as a country, fascinated with celebrities and fad diet and exercise planning programs? One reason we are so fascinated with celebrities is their innate ability to lose weight with zero effort. Do the celebrities no something about weight loss that we the public do not? Celebrities look too good too often that many are wondering if there is some private weight loss secret celebrities are holding to themselves.

What advantages do celebrities have over the public? It is true that celebrities have advantages to weight loss that we, the public do not. Many stars have more time to devote to a strenuous exercise regimen. Jessica Simpson was able to exercise two hours daily for six days a week to prepare for her role of Daisy Duke. Not many of us have that kind of time to devote to a weight loss plan.

Celebrities are also able to afford the assistance of personal trainers and personal chefs to help them with weight loss efforts. However, besides more time and money than most of us, celebrities have no other secret trick to fast weight loss. The best looking celebrities look that way because they followed a healthy diet and exercised regularly. Most celebrities work hard for natural weight loss through proper nutrition, diet, and exercise. Many celebrities pass up fads to follow a sensible weight management plan that emphasizes a low calorie diet and regular exercise. Now that we already know the healthy weight loss celebrity secret; the best way to reach our ideal weight is with a consistent nutrition, diet and exercise planning program.
