Pears should be eaten at room temperature. The pear contains kalium, fiber, and riboflavin. Strawberries provide one of the richest sources of vitamin C and fiber. Strawberries are also high in iron and sodium. Strawberries are used to relieve rheumatism. Watermelon is a good source of vitamin C, iron, and fiber.
