Energy and Weight Loss Supplements: Reader’s Digest Tips

Posted December 11th, 2005 by admin

Can spicy foods help increase energy and offer weight loss supplement properties?

If you like spicy foods, I bet you never dreamed your favorite spicy food may help increase your energy and offer weight loss supplement like benefits.

The Reader’s Digest has written a new book called “Stealth Health”. In this book, spicy foods are given more credit than just a burning tongue. The authors of “Stealth Health” suggest spicy foods such as chile may help increase metabolism and all the body to burn more calories.

Good news too many flame eating individuals! Unfortunately, the increase in metabolism isn’t extreme and other weight loss measures are needed to achieve long lasting success.

Spicy food may have metabolism benefits but don’t put yourself through the torture if you are not a member of this spicy society. There are plenty of methods to increase your energy.
