Energy and weight loss supplements are not the only methods you can use to get off on the right foot. Today, I want to refer you to the one thing your parents always made sure you accomplished. Breakfast!
To get you going and feel revitalized, we really need to break the eight hour fast from the night before. Your body has burned up all the previous day calorie reserves and needs fuel to start the day.
Neglecting your body in the morning will lead you to binge eating later in the day. This is probably the worst cycle working class individuals can create. This cycle is habitual if not addictive. People grab a cup of coffee as they get in their cars. By the time they get to work, the vending machine and that jelly filled donut seem like the only alternative before they are forced to eat their coffee mug to satisfy the craving.
This begins an empty calorie cycle that can rob your body of vital nutrients and force your body to store fat. Getting up in the morning becomes more and more difficult and the body has to compensate for the morning starvation by storing more fat.
Simple morning meals have so many diet benefits. Your body will get a good start with the energy and nutrients you need to get started. You will feel energized when you get to work and will have the will power to avoid the vending machine. Diet and weight loss supplements can help but we all have to start the dieting day on the right foot.
