There are a few all natural herbs that offer weight loss results. Green tea is a familiar herb that offers many benefits. Green tea is effective because it is rich in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful antioxidant.
Another herb that offers weight loss results is biotin. Biotin is part of the vitamin B complex. Biotin works by promoting energy production. Biotin is a necessary vitamin for both metabolism and growth. Biotin helps with the production of fatty acids, antibodies, digestive enzymes, and in niacin metabolism.
