Liquid Vitamin Facts about Vitamin C

Liquid vitamin facts explain why some pill vitamins have a very large amount of vitamin C.

Vitamin C is very important to our bodies but the question I have to ask is why some pill form vitamins have 1000% of your recommended daily allowance. Liquid vitamin facts suggest this is an inefficient absorption issue. The abundant amount is simply a way of dealing with poor absorption of pill form vitamin C. The absorption fact of 10% to 30% certainly supports the need for 1000% of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. Are pill form vitamin manufactures taking the worse case scenario of 10% absorption into consideration when they manufacture their pill form vitamin; 1000% RDA with only 10% absorption equals 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. This seems to make sense to me.

As we have mentioned in the past, vitamin C is necessary for collagen metabolism in our bodies (the foundation of our connective and structural tissues) as well as the biosynthesis of carnitine, which helps regulate the nervous system. Supplement manufactures know this and have taken measures to make sure we are able to absorb your RDA of vitamin C. This may be a sneaky way for pill form vitamins to show they care but is easily exposed by liquid vitamin facts.
