Liquid Vitamin Facts and Information

Posted October 23rd, 2005 by admin

Liquid vitamin facts suggest we need to supplement our diets with some form of nutrition; special diets, ect. Why not just take a great vitamin supplement as added insurance?

Liquid vitamin facts can be very generalized making your decision process difficult considering there are hundreds of vitamin supplements on the market today. When you look on your vitamin supplement nutrition label, do you know what every vitamin and mineral does for your body? I have become more aware of my dietary health supplement nutrition labels. I also recently became more aware of the dietary health supplement values.

Do you think it is suspicious when your vitamin supplement has 3000% of your daily allowance of vitamin C in one pill? I have to ask two questions.

  • With this dominant ingredient, how much vitamin supplement volume is available for anything else?
  • Can my body absorb this much vitamin C and if it does; is this a healthy dose?

I guess my answer to this question came when my urine almost glowed in the dark. Hopefully, my kidneys still work!

Please use the nutrition fact sheet and learn about what is in your vitamin supplement. Don’t be afraid to use our liquid vitamin facts and try something new if you question a value or see after affects like funny color urine.
