Liquid Vitamin Facts at War

Posted October 23rd, 2005 by admin

Pills form vitamins fight back in the liquid vitamin facts war.

A small liquid vitamin facts war has begun between the conventional pill vitamin and the latest nutrition trend; liquid vitamins. Liquid vitamins have proven to out perform many of the pill form vitamin competition but nutraceutical manufactures fight liquid vitamin claims with a stab at integrity.

I guess when it comes to the preservation of their vitamin supplement products, nutraceutical manufactures have to do something. I personally question the rebuttal. The absorption rate can not be disputed; only questioned. The damage to liquid vitamin supplements in the presence of stomach acid is controversial.

The one undisputable vitamin fact about liquid vitamins that can not be challenged is usability. It is the majority opinion that one ounce of a liquid vitamin supplement is far easier to ingest than large pill form vitamins.

I believe you should have a choice. Now that the nutrition industry has variety, you can choose! I have both sides of the argument here for you to read. Please, educate yourself with the liquid vitamin facts and make your choice without persuasion.
