Liquid Vitamin Facts: Consumer Reports and Vitamin Absorption.

Posted January 20th, 2006 by admin

Consumer Reports investigates vitamin ingredients, vitamin absorption and soon, liquid vitamin facts.

As health becomes more popular to the consumer, more dietary health supplements flood the market. Liquid vitamin products and facts are starting to become more popular but when browsing the discount vitamin selection, liquid vitamins and name brand vitamins are simply not available.

Many of us are on a budget including myself. But sometimes saving a dollar on a generic product isn’t the best answer. Consumer Reports when to the discount rack and studied 18 different discount vitamin supplements. They uncovered some disturbing news. Some of the vitamin supplements in question did not supply the ingredients the label specified and some did not dissolve properly.

This story was very interesting to me because it outlines a lot of topics outline in the Liquid Vitamin Facts blog. Discount pill form vitamins do not provide the usable vitamins and minerals our body needs. If you are looking for a vitamin supplement that benefits your body with essential vitamins and minerals, a few cents more a day is worth the health benefits.
