Liquid Vitamin Facts Debunk Enzyme Myths

Posted October 23rd, 2005 by admin

Liquid vitamin enzyme content is question by nutraceuticals. Liquid vitamin facts bring answers to the enzyme questions.

Enzyme content was recently questioned in a liquid vitamin supplement article I found. A statement was made in the article about the presence of enzymes in liquid vitamins. Enzyme content in liquid vitamin supplements was deemed impossible. Enzymes were said to be unable to exist after a couple of hours.

What is an enzyme? Well, this should help us verify the truth of enzyme existence in a liquid form. An enzyme is a long chained amino acids held together by peptide bonds. The peptide bond isn’t very strong which makes the enzyme a necessary component of the body. Enzymes act as catalyst in many biochemical reactions in the body because of their weak peptide bonds. Now, we know the only way null the existence of an enzyme is to force the enzyme to break the amino acid peptide bonds. Where will this most likely happen? In the body where I can truly believe enzymes only last a few hours (they are being used). In the bottle, I think they will be just fine without any way to break the peptide bonding amino acids.

Please return tomorrow for more liquid vitamin facts going more in depth on the actual enzymes that are included in liquid vitamins and nutratceutical vitamins.
