Many are recommending a vitamin supplement. I have to confess the Liquid Vitamin Facts blog and I are in agreement with the need for a vitamin supplement.

You will probably notice there are a few health professionals that speak out against vitamin supplements. The do not support vitamin supplements. The catch is in their recommendation. IF an individual can eat a balanced diet, there is no need for a vitamin supplement.

A balanced diet simply doesn’t fit in the schedules of many. More and more health professionals are shifting and starting to understand this situation. Vitamin supplements are becoming recognized as a beneficial daily health regimen the health professionals respect. Most health professionals do not recommend vitamin supplements containing only one essential nutrient but a multivitamin supplement.

A great example of health professionals recognizing the need for vitamin supplements is during pregnancy. Most doctors will automatically prescribe or suggest a prenatal multivitamin. Health professionals are confident the growing child will not receive the essential vitamins and minerals need for proper development causing them to automatically prescribe a prenatal multivitamin.
