Including breakfast in our busy schedules is the best thing we can do. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Good health means eating a well balanced meal. Skipping breakfast can cause you to be very tired in the morning. Eating breakfast helps your blood sugar to be stable and helps you stay alert. Here are some quick breakfast ideas for the fast paced life.

The most basic idea is eating whole grain cereal with skim milk. You can try a breakfast parfait. You can put some low fat yogurt in a portable container. Add some berries (fresh or frozen) of your choice to the yogurt along with some granola. Make a breakfast smoothie. Pour yogurt or milk into the blender and juice. You can toss in some berries or a banana. Maybe even some protein powder. Try a toasted whole wheat bagel with peanut butter. Add some fruit, such as a banana (very portable). This makes a filling breakfast
