Today’s liquid vitamins facts topic is the appearance of two fairly new health supplements. Have you ever heard of the health supplement referred to as Limu Moui or Fucoidan? These health supplements claim to boost, enhance, and support the immune system. Before purchasing any health supplement, it is important to do your own research and become well informed on this health supplement.

Many health supplements whether weight loss supplements or health supplements claim miraculous things. However, many of us have probably tried these supplements with no results. (makers of Royal Tongan Limu) that without scientific proof the health supplement could not make such claims of the supplement. In October, 2003, the FDA destroyed $2,700,000 worth of Royal Tongan Limu for such claims.

Fucoidan is actually brown seaweed. Fucoidan is primarily an active phytochemical. Many sites report that Fucoidan is already the subject of over 600 scientific studies. You can find objective information and results of these studies on reputable sites such as pubmed.gov. Limu Moui is also a product of the sea supposedly rich with natural vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and Fucoidan. Fucoidan and Limu Moui are supposed to support the body’s immune system and functions, and have anti-inflammatory properties. Fucoidan and Limu Moui are claimed to assist with joints, improve digestion, improve stomach function, offer liver support, and enhance skin and cellular growth. Do not get caught up in marketing hype, but do a little objective research. If Fucoidan and Limu Moui are as good as they say, then you should be able to find reputable information scientifically proving this.
