Liquid Vitamin Facts: The Need for a Vitamin Supplement

Posted November 30th, 2005 by admin

Do you know if your vitamin supplement is right for you?

Today’s subject is the importance of a good vitamin supplement. Doctors suggest that we try to get our essential vitamins and minerals from quality foods. However, many foods are void of quality nutrients due to food processing, and frying. Smoking and drinking large amounts of alcohol affects the body’s ability to absorb essential nutrients.

Today, many of us are too busy to prepare quality foods. I do not know if you have tried to buy health foods from an ordinary grocery store or organic food store. If you have noticed, it costs more for healthy foods than it does for the not so healthy foods. You know, the ones we love. Some of us can neither afford to eat healthy or it takes too much time to make a healthy meal. Instead, we eat out at some of the worst places for us.

Now it is important more than ever, to make sure you take a good vitamin supplement. Why take a vitamin pill that contains 1000% of our recommended daily allowances with (at best) a 30% absorption rate, when liquid vitamins can offer a 90% (or greater) absorption rate with phytonutrients and enzymes. You will get more out of your vitamin. Sometimes we try our best at eating healthy. But, if you can’t get the necessary vitamins from the foods you eat, at least you can take a good vitamin.
