Liquid Vitamin Facts: Vitamins and Stomach Acid

Stomach Acid, Friend or Foe?

We have referred to a common liquid vitamin myth, stomach acid destroys liquid vitamins. This accusation can only be explained by the lack of digestive system understanding.

The digestive system is an extremely complex system. There are many events taking place regulating stomach acid levels as well as control time frames digesting material spends in the stomach and duodenum.

This liquid vitamin fact hit home to me for many reasons. I find it difficult to allow people to mislead health conscious individuals away from good nutrition. You can read more about this subject from my recent article “Liquid Vitamins Are Destroyed by Stomach Acid?
