Detecting signs of stress is difficult since those who have high levels of stress are too stressed to notice this. However, it is important to notice the signs of stress. Persistent worrying is the most obvious sign of stress; constantly reminding yourself of the problems or issues that need to be resolved. The most common physical ailment of stress is the headache. Ulcers and acid reflux disease are also physical signs of stress.

Insomnia is another common sign of stress. This happens because the mind continues to race even when you are attempting to relax. Simple memory problems might also arise. The most dangerous sign of stress is high blood pressure. This happens because the heart beats faster pushing a larger volume of blood, thus increasing your pressure. It is important to manage your stress, so that your health is not in danger.
