Green tea is a very good weight loss supplement that can be found almost anywhere. This tea offers many benefits. Studies show that daily green tea intake can help regulate fat metabolism, reduce blood pressure, and fight cancer. However, these are just a few benefits of drinking green tea.

Also, it is important to drink eight (8 oz.) glasses of water a day. Water helps keep us hydrated, flushes out toxins, reduces hunger which helps with weight loss, and keeps our skin healthy. Most of our body is composed of water, so it is no secret that water is needed for good health.

Lastly, it is important to exercise. It would be good to workout 180 minutes a week. That is 30 minutes a day, six days a week. The type of exercise is up to you. Choose an exercise that fits your activity level along with your style.
