The almond contains essential minerals and vitamins such as iron, phosphorous, and vitamin B1. The almond is highly beneficial in preserving vitality of the brain. Also, the almond assists in strengthening the muscles, and prolonging life. The best way of consuming the almond is to soak it in water and eat it after peeling or grinding it into a paste after peeling.
