In our quest to understand vitamins and you health it is time to break down all vitamin B components.

We have been searching out all kinds of issues concerning vitamins and your health. Vitamin B definitely leaves a bit of a bump in the road. Vitamin B is often referred to as vitamin B complex. Why?

Vitamin B actually has many different components.

  • Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine)
  • Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin)
  • Vitamin B-3 (Niacin)
  • Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine)
  • Vitamin B-12
  • Biotin
  • Choline
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Folic Acid

Great! There are a ton of components in vitamin B complex but what do for us. Well, in general vitamin B is responsible for aiding you body in the conversion of carbohydrates to glucose as well as for the metabolism of fats, proteins and maintenance of the nervous system.
