Many do not take water into consideration when analyzing vitamins and your health.

Vitamins have obvious benefits to your health but are the essential nutrients the only element our bodies needs. Water is kind of the forgotten element in our bodies. Maybe water isn’t really forgotten?

There are so many distracting beverages available. Unfortunate most trendy beverages have diuretic properties. We drink to quench our thirst and actually dehydrate our bodies. Dehydrated individuals can experience some chronic symptoms such as feeling lethargic, frequent headaches, muscle aches and cramps.

Okay, so you have decided to substitute water in your daily routine. How much water should you drink? Many often refer to the standard 8 glasses a day. Is this the same for everyone?
