Vitamins and Your Heath: Get What You Pay For

Posted February 14th, 2006 by admin

Consumer Reports finds discount vitamins do not benefit your health as advertised.

Many try to take vitamins because they are genuinely concerned about health. Trying to save a buck isn’t always the answer.

Consumer reports tested 18 different multivitamin supplements and found the label was either misleading as to the actual vitamin and mineral content in the supplement or the vitamin supplement pill did not dissolve properly.

Consumer Reports recommends sticking to name brand vitamin supplements. If you are on a budget, just by the common name brand vitamin supplement and you will not be wasting your money.

More and more health conscious individuals are turning for help when choosing any dietary health supplement. The problem with a vitamin supplement isn’t evident to us until we realize our urine has strange color or we actually develop a health condition because of a vitamin deficiency.

Your health is worth a name brand vitamin. Treat your body to vitamins and minerals your body can utilize and grab the non-generic.
