Continuing from yesterday’s energy and weight loss supplements topic. . . .

  1. Weight loss success is not just about food. Obesity is not the actually problem but a physical symptom of a non-physical problem. This means that the excess weight is a symptom of a deeper problem. We fail when we do not solve the true cause of our obesity.
  2. Lose weight for yourself. Don’t try to lose weight to impress someone. Weight loss is about reaching a healthier weight.
  3. Weight loss should involve mind and spirit along with physical improvements. Weight loss success is a three legged stool. If one element is missing, then the stool collapses or fails. Weight loss success involves aligning all aspects of yourself toward your weight loss goal.
  4. Long term weight loss involves commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Energy increasing techniques and weight loss supplements can help you initiate weight loss. But if you do not change your diet and lifestyle, once you stop you will yo-yo to your original weight.
