The National Cancer Institute has done studies that show compounds in green tea supplements tend to reduce the growth of cancer cells. The daily use of green tea can even reduce your risk of esophageal cancer by 60%. I am not suggesting you should take green tea supplements with your tobacco products but green tea has more benefits to offer.
