Weight Loss Tips: Visualize Your Goals

Most of us are goal orientated. Starting with a weight loss goal is the best weight loss tip anyone can begin with.

Many of us sound like a broken record when New Year’s resolution is shared. Perhaps most fail because of unreachable or unclear weight loss goals. Today’s weight loss tip is to set your goal before doing anything else.

Laurie Bell, the author of “Loose the Lies, Loose the Weight”, outlines several steps we all must take to become a life long weight loss success. Below is a weight loss tip from Laurie Bell.

“Visualize your ideal self. Cut pictures out of health and fitness magazines. Add your face to the fit person’s body. Visualize yourself as a healthy, fit, and energetic weight loss success story. Weight loss success requires the belief that you will succeed. When you believe you will succeed, you will take action steps that lead to weight loss.”
