Here are a few ways to ensure you are drinking enough water. Upon waking, start your day with a cool glass of water. This will help you get energized. This will also help you control your appetite during breakfast. A glass of water in the morning will also kick start your metabolism.
Try to drink a glass of water before you start a meal. This will help create a feeling of fullness so you do not over eat. Have another glass of water while you are eating your meal. Take sips after each morsel. This will help to settle your food faster to allow a feeling of fullness. Also try using a straw when drinking water. You will drink more water without realizing it. Drink up!
