Weight loss tips wants you to be on the lookout for these weight loss gimmicks!

Today’s weight loss tips topic; weight loss gimmicks to be on the look out for. The weight loss patch you place behind your ear to help increase your metabolism is a hoax. Weight loss promoters are using the weight loss patch to con you out of your hard earned dollars. Each year millions of Americans spend lots of money on weight loss aids, dishonest operators will use any trick to persuade you their product is a ‘miracle’ product for weight loss.

The Diet Patch uses the active ingredient ‘fucus vesiculosus’ to be absorbed by transdermal delivery. The active ingredient is a type of seaweed (major source of iodine). At one time iodine was used to treat obesity because of the link to thyroid function. However, this was abandoned due to the side effects.

An ancient Chinese soap that is claimed to wash the fat away. This soap contains a unique blend of ingredients from seaweed which is supposed to emulsify the fat. This sounds like a great deal except there is no research anywhere. Without proof, a weight loss gimmick is just that, a gimmick.

Another ancient Chinese secret is balancing the magnetism in the body through magnetic weight loss earrings. A magnet worn near the ear helps suppress the appetite, speed the healing process, reduce pain, and increase metabolism. These earrings have no studies to prove their efficacy, weight loss tips considers these earrings just to be earrings.
