How can you maintain your motivation for weight loss success? Motivation is a key variable in long term weight loss success. Changing your behavior through writing can help you maintain motivation to lose weight.

Weight loss begins in your head. Negative thoughts about your weight loss plan will only lead you to failure. If you want results, you have to think positive. Yes, weight loss may take a lot of hard work and dedication. But the greatest reward lies within the sweat and toil to achieve it.

How can you change your thinking to work for you? Writing is an excellent exercise that helps to change your mind’s thinking. Writing helps you instill positive emotions instead of negative emotions. How do you begin?

Spend 15 minutes daily writing out negative feelings, discouragement, and frustrations. Do not reread. Write out these feelings and then throw them away.
