You need to be aware of negative feelings or behaviors. This may be difficult since you might not notice them at first. This is because of repeated routine of this behavior. This cycle may be difficult to break, but if you are willing to try. You can succeed.

You also need to try to stay focused throughout the day. You need to pay attention to your mindset, and if necessary step away to re-center yourself. During your break, try some deep breathing exercises to help with any unwanted tension. It is important to realistically set your expectations. Do not set yourself up for failure.
