Foods rich in antioxidants would include many fruits and vegetables. Also, drink plenty of water. Water helps the skin retain its elasticity.

Antioxidant intake neutralizes free radicals which cause damage to the body and are thought to be related to many health concerns such as heart disease. The intake of antioxidants can surely prove to be a great eliminator of aging catalysts in the body.
Anti wrinkle creams may prevent the prominence of age lines on one’s face. When the skin gets dry and thin with age; brown spots, wrinkles, and fine lines start to appear on the face and skin. Applying anti wrinkle lotions and creams may delay the prominence and growth of wrinkles on one’s face. Decrease exposure to the sun as exposure to UV rays is a large cause of wrinkles. When you are out in the sun, use wellness tips to protect your skin by apply a sunscreen with a large SPF to decrease damage to the skin.
