The winter blues can affect everyone. Are you feeling the winter blues this year? Perhaps today’s wellness tips can help you find a solution and get you back on track.

First of all, are you blaming yourself for the way you feel this winter season? Maybe you shouldn’t be. Research has shown that vitamin D deficiency can lead to depression. Most of us are not exposed to adequate sunlight in the winter inhibiting our bodies from metabolizing vital vitamin D.

Some of the common foods we eat, such as milk, are fortified with vitamin D but unfortunately the quantities are insufficient in most diets. Stop blaming yourself for the way you feel.
