Wellness Tips for Free Radical Protection

Posted October 23rd, 2005 by admin

With all the proven effects free radical damage has on our health, the best wellness tip I can offer is protection from free radical damage.

Wellness tips most often focus on health conditions that are visible and felt in everyday life. Today, I would like to cover a major health concern that happens under our noises and affects us in many ways like premature aging, wrinkles, hardening of the arteries, ect.

Free radical damage affects us everyday without realizing what is happening to our bodies. Free radicals scattered throughout our bodies from cellular metabolism process and different ingested free radicals attack our tissue molecules. A free radical is seeking out an electron or a bond of some kind in an attempt to become a stable molecule. The problem that occurs here is exponential. Once a free radical attacks a tissue molecule for electrons or a bond, the attack tissue molecule becomes a free radical as well. Two make Four. Four make Eight. I think you see the viral like situation that will occur until you suffer from oxidative stress.

I want to teach you more about arming your bodies with antioxidants to prevent this body molecule attack. Antioxidants stabilize the body’s tissue molecules to prevent this free radical interaction. If the tissue molecule that is bombarded by the free radical is stable, there will be no electron exchange or bonding.

Stopping free radical interaction with our tissue molecules is something we can all do with daily antioxidants. Please arm yourself with today’s wellness tip and prevent free radical damage in your body.
