Wellness Tips for Tailgating

Posted October 23rd, 2005 by admin

Stay health this year by taking some healthy wellness tips to the pre game party.

Wellness tips and outdoor parties can combine forces. Football season marks the end of summer and beginning of the tailgate parties. Much like the summer barbeque, tailgating doesn’t always end up becoming a health conscious event.

The main problem with this is the calories. Many health conscious individuals spend the new year and much of the spring trying to loose all holiday weight gain that plagued them during the paste season. They loose weight just in time for the summer and then begin there relapse with less than healthy outdoor foods. By the time the holidays have arrived, considerable weight gain has already begun and the problem just escalates.

The health section at about.com has some very helpful healthy tailgating tips. We can still enjoy our favorite football game and eat healthy before the game if we use some health common sense.

This year you will be able to make a different New Years Resolution. The use of wellness tips and healthy cooking can end the weight gain relapse and keep you healthy year round.
