Wellness tips believes that every household should not be without two very indispensable essential oils. Lavender and tea tree essential oil have innumerable uses that can be used with any kind of dilution. Let us focus on the numerous uses of these two essential oils.

Lavender essential oil can soothe the skin, calm restless people, heal blemishes, stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation of acne, and soothe the nervous system. Tea Tree essential oil has antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, and antibacterial properties. Tea tree essential oil is great at healing blemishes without side effects such as dryness, stinging, itching, burning or redness. If your skin is very sensitive then do not use tea tree essential oil as it is highly irritating to sensitive skin. Tea Tree essential oil also helps to restore one’s energy depleted by every day stress, can reduce or alleviate mental fatigue and exhaustion.

You can add a few drops of lavender essential oil to your bath to calm and soothe your skin. A few drops of lavender essential oil massaged into the pressure points (below ears) relieves tension. At the first sign of a blemish or cold sore, try applying a drop of tea tree oil three times daily. Tea Tree essential oil (few drops) mixed in a cup of water makes a great mouth rinse (antibacterial). The applications can be limitless with these two wonderful essential oils. Wellness tips wants to encourage the use of these essential oils in your daily life.
