Anxiety and fear plague many Americans. However, we all deal with these stressors in different ways. Dealing with this stress is the important part. Here are a few tips to deal with your persistent fears and anxieties.

If a task is overwhelming for you, divide the task up into smaller steps. Completing this task in smaller steps; allows you to make the stress more manageable and increase the likelihood of success. Sometimes it is good to talk to a friend when things are difficult, this will relieve a lot of stress. If you cannot talk to a friend, counselors and clergymen can also be beneficial. You might find that their advice is insightful.
